Employee Responsibilities

  • Respect and Inclusion: Treat colleagues with respect and contribute to an inclusive work environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Active Participation: Engage in DEI initiatives and training, and contribute to discussions about diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Self-awareness: Reflect on personal biases and engage in behaviors that support an inclusive workplace.
  • Support and Accountability: Support your peers and hold each other accountable to DEI commitments and goals.

Our Actions

  • Recruitment and Retention: Employ strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce, including targeted outreach and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing education and training on DEI topics to ensure our team is equipped to foster an inclusive environment.
  • Employee Support: Offer support networks and resources for employees from underrepresented groups.

Accountability and Governance
