Statement

As an organization, we strongly support the individual rights of our employees, vendors and customers. Our non-discrimination policies, our Core Values Statement and emphasis on ethical business practices establish our commitment to ensuring that our organization is free from slavery and human trafficking and that we protect the individual rights of every person who works on our behalf.

Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our vendors or in any part of our business. Our Anti-Slavery and Anti-Human Trafficking position reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our supply chains.

Our commitment to such practices is evident in our core values which can be viewed at: http://www.loudcrowd.com/about-us.

Our highly-educated workforce and our commitment to the value of each human being serves as our commitment to the effectiveness of the steps we have taken in 2017 to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains. We intend to maintain our sincere commitment to combat slavery and human trafficking. We provide a confidential hotline accessed only by the Chief Financial Officer and Human Resources for any employee, contractor or customer to leave an anonymous (if preferred) message to report any suspected misconduct or other unethical behavior.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending December 2021.
